Returns
I accept returns on most new, unopened retail products within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them — sealed, unused, and in their original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Pokémon products, including trading card game booster packs, boxes, figure collections, or sealed products, due to the ease with which these can be opened and resealed.

Other trading card game products that have been opened.

Digital products, download codes, or software.

Perishable goods such as drinks and snacks.

Gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return shipping label is provided, the cost of return postage may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for faulty or damaged items.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact me first so I can arrange this for you.
Services & Repairs
Due to the nature of services and device repairs, these are non-refundable once work has been carried out.
If there’s an issue after a repair, please get in touch — I always aim to resolve problems under the applicable repair warranty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me immediately.
I’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your consumer rights and store policy.
