Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days once payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

If an item is on pre-order, the estimated release or arrival date will be shown on the product page.
Delivery Options
We currently offer:

In-store collection (Click & Collect): Free. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. Orders should be collected within 14 days.

UK Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): Standard and tracked delivery options are available at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the service chosen.

International Shipping: At present we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Tracked / courier delivery: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery option selected.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our store.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to your address (or to a neighbour/safe place you authorised). Until then, Evans Hobby & Tech remains responsible for the goods while they are in transit.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

Allow a few extra days during peak times (e.g. Christmas).
